#ff @biggestjourney for being a great inspiration and really working towards eliminating stigma around mental health
Looking forward to following Stuart's @biggestjourney. He finds his peace in cycling, I find mine in singing and performing.
Caroline Hood
its a charity supporting something that means a lot to us too, happy to support it.

this project gives me chills every time I think about it. Thank you for thinking of it and, more importantly, doing it!
Sian Harris
With physical exercise being so hugely beneficial for everyone's mental health it's particularly fitting that Stuart has is testing his body to its limits to raise vital funds for us. Every penny that he raises will help us to continue to provide information and support, as well as campaigning for change to make sure that anyone experiencing a mental health gets the respect they deserve.

I suffered from severe panic attacks when at school. The advice I received? " school can't help you. Go get a job." :0(

Colin

Stuart Potter's amazing "biggest journey" will see him cycling from Edinburgh to London in only 4 days, riding over 100 miles per day, and doing much to raise an awareness of the benefits of exercise in promoting mental wellbeing. He is also well on course to raise a considerable sum for MIND. We recognise that cycling is a fantastic way of getting fit, but this challenge is something else, and I'll be following his progress avidly.
Dr Andrew Murray, Scottish Government Physical Activity champion, and www.scotland2sahara.com endurance runner http://www.scotland2sahara.com
#iam1in4 and I'm proud of it. I am the person I am today because of the challenges I have faced-a better, stronger person
Donna
Can't believe so many people suffer mental illness. Shouldn't be kept quiet - they deserve help without stigma. Good on you
Isla Aitken
great inspiration! I'm sure it will get people talking about depression which is often misunderstood. Good on you!
