With physical exercise being so hugely beneficial for everyone's mental health it's particularly fitting that Stuart has is testing his body to its limits to raise vital funds for us. Every penny that he raises will help us to continue to provide information and support, as well as campaigning for change to make sure that anyone experiencing a mental health gets the respect they deserve.

Stuart Potter's amazing "biggest journey" will see him cycling from Edinburgh to London in only 4 days, riding over 100 miles per day, and doing much to raise an awareness of the benefits of exercise in promoting mental wellbeing. He is also well on course to raise a considerable sum for MIND. We recognise that cycling is a fantastic way of getting fit, but this challenge is something else, and I'll be following his progress avidly.
